Nico came to Mexico and stayed in our family house on his first visit. I guess he was about 15 years old. My mother remember this story a lot. He loved the mexican famous mole and he ate quite a good portion of enchiladas on his first night. The next moring he was at his room until late and my mom knock at his door and he said oops I think i had a lot of mole. He was stomach sick. Mexicans call it Moctezumas revange. 

The day Nico was taking his flight back to the UK my mom asked if he wanted to have something to eat, he said sure please 4 enchiladas!!

Nico enjoyed the ride. Now enjoy the next one.
